PTV Smartour incorporates vehicle management module for the administration of external and internal fleet vehicle, this module works in seamlessly integration with your SAP system, and allows you organize your fleet in concordance with sales order volume for delivery, selecting automatically the optimize transport fleet type available for your delivery on the day or week.

PTV Smatour organize automatically your fleet based on SAP sales orders volume taking into consideration:

With PTV Smartour you can create and manages different vehicle categories with individual speed profiles.This ensures your routing matches the driving specifics of the different vehicle types and is in line with road restrictions and regulation. If your order management system (TMS, ERP,etc.) does not support managing customer specific restrictions, this can be set up in Smartour as well.

PTV Smartour allows the definition of up to 10 metric units of measurement for the management of transport capacity by vehicle type.

​All vehicle units can be customized with a minimum vehicle load parameter. For example, if a parameter has been defined as a minimum load capacity of 90% for a vehicle type, the system will automatically send an alert when the total order volume does not reach this capacity, also when it exceeds 100% of the vehicle capacity. The user may manually adjust and authorize the dispatch of the vehicle.
